Mathri's Update

Hello guys,

We are back with an update. Mathri is doing well these days. She is on medications both homeopathic and allopathic and it seems to be working well for her. Though we still are awaiting her blood and culture tests to determine her level of infections and the actual medications.

On her leg front, amputation is ruled out as of now because she may not be able to support her weight on 1 leg only. So we are just looking at curing the infection so that she may support herself on the affected leg whenever she feels like which she is already doing :).

On the personal front, she walks me daily morning afternoon and evenings. I have to be reprimanded daily for 10 minutes after i come back from office. She is happy and already did some damage to my chappals ;-)

She has accepted us as her family :)...

More coming soon

Home for a brave Girl

This young girl needs a home where she would be loved and taken care of. Do you think you will be able to give this girl your love?

She has been abandoned at the Vet Hospital for a couple of months now. She was treated for her injured hind leg and she is doing fine now.Unfortunatley her owner does not want her back. He claims that this was not his dog in the first place! The hospital cannot keep her any longer. She is young, intelligent, friendly, and likes to play with other dogs. Can you please help her?

Benji... handsome boy at eight months!

woohoo!! here's an office trained boy! it seems like he is a 'jack russell terrier mix'. he was found with a collar and is probably someone's dog, but so far the owner hasnt been traced. he has gotten his shots and is absolutely adorable. now..who feels lucky enough to take him home?

and of course, he has a story..a short one..but here goes..

george paul who contacted us said:

"About 1 month back, my friend was leaving for home around 10 PM, when this dog ( with a red collar) looked her right in the eye and kept following her. He seemed disoriented and confused; So instead of going home my friend came back to the office with him. At first he was scared of everything, but after a day or two he became comfortable.

He has been here for one month, its really hard for an an office to house a dog.
He is all alone most of the time.

[..]

His shots are all done..
Its really really urgent, he is used to a house environment and learns fast.

He is around 8 months old. He is pretty small and is probably a Jack Russel Terrier mix as he looks very similar to one."
